Price Match Requirement Checklist

For us to try and match the price the product must; 

• Be displayed on the competitor's website as the current price (i.e not part of a sign-up discount, or another hidden offer)
• The price must apply to the identical individual product which is the same brand, model, size, colour etc
• The product must be new (i.e not a used / second-hand product)
• The product must be in stock
• If ordering multiple products they must all be available from the same store with the conditions above - we don't match multiple products from different shops.

Additional Information

Price matches cannot be applied retrospectively after placing your order and no cash alternative is available. Delivery costs from competitors will be taken into account when considering your price match. In most cases, additional promotion codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a price match, however, 'Pet Perks' may be considered at our discretion and by arrangement only.
