PLEASE NOTE we are experiencing delays on some parcels reaching their destinations which is affecting a wide range of couriers and Royal Mail. Santa Paws and his Elves are working very hard to make sure your parcels reach you in time but unless you select a tracked service at the checkout we are unable to locate your parcel.

Below are the last recommended (and estimated) Christmas ordering dates for Santa Paws to make his deliveries. We will do everything we can to ensure your parcel reaches you in time, if ordering outside of these dates please feel free to contact us via email for further assistance.

Please also note that as per our standard delivery page we are unable to trace/track your order and can only provide a delivery estimate unless you contact us to arrange a fully tracked service. Read more about the options on our delivery page.
